Positive Processes and Transition to Health (PATH) is a research study investigating an innovative, individual treatment program for adults suffering from depression and trauma-related symptoms. PATH is unique in that it directly targets processes we think maintain these symptoms and focuses on positive emotions as well as distressing emotions.
